PSL 2026: Full Schedule, Live Streaming Details, Teams and Venues

Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2026 is set to begin on March 26, 2026, but a new line of excitement is about to be injected into it with a significant structural shift - expansion of 6 teams to 8. With 44 matches scheduled until early May, this season is set to offer tighter competition and a more dynamic format.

What’s special about PSL 2026?

There are two major reasons why this edition is special:

  • It added two new franchises: Hyderabad Kingsmen and Rawalpindiz.

  • Limited venues: Lahore and Karachi are the only locations where matches will take place due to logistical challenges and fuel worries in the region.

The tournament was initially set to be organized in six cities but to facilitate smooth running of the tournament, this was cut down to two venues.

Telecast and Live Streaming

This is the point where it gets tricky for Indian viewers:

  •  No official broadcaster in India

  •  Potential broadcasting through Sports TV YouTube channel (according to recent trends).

  •  In Pakistan, it will be available to the audience on A Sports, PTV Sports, Geo Super, and streaming platforms such as Tapmad and Tamasha.

Conclusion

PSL 2026 is a transition season, bigger yet logistically tighter. The unpredictability due to the inclusion of two new teams and venue constraints may affect the strategies of teams.

This season can easily turn into one of the most engaging PSL seasons, given the league delivers tough competition and quality cricket.
